exceptional years. Rise and Shine 2006 has sweet dried herbs, licorice and
prune flavours with a long rich velvety palate. Enjoy with lamb or venison.
Pinot

The nose exhibits perfumed sweet cherry and berry fruits followed by a balanced spicy/savoury palate.
Recommended with lamb, venison and game.
Also goes well with sheeps cheese and tomato flavoured dishes.
Riesling

A medium-dry style wine with a honeysuckle nose followed by a pineapple and lime flavoured palate.
Enjoy this wine on its own or with seafood. Serve chilled.

A medium-dry style wine with a musk, orange blossom and witch hazel nose followed by a spicy ginger palate. Enjoy this wine on its own or with Asian food. Serve chilled.
Rosa
Muskat 2009
Rosa Muskat also known as Schonburger is a
pink berried grape cross of Pinot Noir, Chasselas and Muscat Hamburg. Refreshing passionfruit and floral aromas with luscious tropical fruit flavours on the palate.
Sip on its own or try with spicy food such as Moroccan, Thai or Mexican. Serve chilled.
Omen
Late Harvest Riesling 2006 (375ml)
Harvested on 06/06/06 with a hint of
botrytis, this sweet dessert wine has lingering white peach and marmelade
flavours. Enjoy on its own or with blue cheese.
